This is a universal 8-output FET driver, switching positive (+) voltage to the output. On many of our controllers and other boards, the output stage can be built with either this driver or a ground-switching driver instead, depending on whether your device needs its control line pulled up to a positive voltage or pulled down to ground - this is the "switch to +" option.
