This is a USB to TTL converter module with 5V or 3.3V logic, based on the CH340 chip. It gives your PC a virtual serial (COM) port over USB, letting you talk to any device with a TTL-level RXD/TXD interface - handy for programming microcontrollers, watching serial monitor output, or connecting to a radio's CAT/TRX control interface.
The logic level is set with a jumper, and no external power supply is needed - it's powered directly from USB.
