The bright 800×480 capacitive display puts your waveforms front and center, while built-in FFT lets you dig into the spectral characteristics of any signal you're chasing.
With 1 GB of onboard storage for up to 1000 screenshots and 1000 waveform captures - pulled off easily over USB - the 1013D is ready to document as much as it measures.

Firmware Instructions
- Download the firmware and unzip the file. Rename it to FSI-1013.bin.
- Select USB Connection on the oscilloscope and connect it to your computer. A new storage disk will appear — copy the downloaded firmware onto it.
- Turn the device off and back on to display the upgrade interface. (There are two screen vendors used in this device, so two firmware files exist. If the screen isn't accurately sensitive after updating one, update the other and repeat the same steps.)
