This is a common-mode and half-differential DC EMI (electromagnetic interference) filter. It is designed for DC voltage up to 50V (caps rated for 63V) and a maximum current of 12A. Use it to decrease high-frequency electronic noise, as a common-mode and LC line filter, an additional filter for linear and switching mode PSUs, on the DC output from a power supply, or on the DC input of your device.
