High quality RG-316 coax cable with SMA male connectors
This 3-way small splitter is a very useful device. It can provide equal voltages, equal current, or equal power to matched or unmatched loads. Like all passive splitters and combiners, this device is less than ideal. Isolation is maximum only when at least one port is properly terminated; in this case isolation between the three splitted/combined ports is maximum when the main port is properly terminated. This HW is designed only for RX line — it is not rated for transmit power. Both impedances 50 or 75 Ohm can be selected by the jumper, so it drops straight into an existing 50 Ω antenna setup or a 75 Ω receive-antenna distribution system.
How it works
Inside the enclosure, the common port connects to a passive resistive splitter network. On the splitter side, the signal is divided three ways with equal voltage, current or power onto each port; used in reverse as a combiner, the same network sums the three input ports onto the single common port. Isolation between the three split/combined ports is maximum when the main port is properly terminated, so a mismatched or disconnected antenna on one port has minimal effect on the other two.

Firmware Instructions
- Download the firmware and unzip the file. Rename it to FSI-1013.bin.
- Select USB Connection on the oscilloscope and connect it to your computer. A new storage disk will appear — copy the downloaded firmware onto it.
- Turn the device off and back on to display the upgrade interface. (There are two screen vendors used in this device, so two firmware files exist. If the screen isn't accurately sensitive after updating one, update the other and repeat the same steps.)
